Consistently Pleasant Experience

modern amenities diverse menu well equipped gym business area
I have stayed more than 20 times in the last year, and each visit was consistently pleasant. The hotel has modern amenities, offering the quality expected. The restaurant has a diverse menu, the gym is well equipped with 24-hour access, and there is a business area available.
During one stay, I noticed that the replacement bottle of hair conditioner was left on the shower floor after housekeeping. The empty bottle was not removed from the premises.
Rooms
9/10
The rooms have spacious layouts. They are thoroughly cleaned before check-in. I really appreciated the professional presentation on arrival (it makes a difference!).
Location
9/10
The hotel is near the city center. Many key points are within walking distance. Buses and taxis stop right outside the door, providing easy transport options.
Dining
9/10
The restaurant includes varied choices for food and drink. Breakfast offers a great variety catering to many tastes. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
Service
10/10
The staff is the greatest asset. Every member provides excellent service. Each employee maintains a very high standard of customer care. The night auditor, Yassine, stood out because he provided really good attention and care.

modern decor good facilities excellent view minimal choice bright lights uncozy bar
My room featured modern decor. The king room had good facilities. The views were excellent and added to the experience.
The breakfast buffet had minimal choice. The bar did not feel cozy. The lights at the bar were excessively bright. This setup detracted from any sense of relaxation.

underwhelming experience, pricey parking

expensive parking smelly shower curtain
the location was convenient for exploring the city center.
The parking situation was not ideal. While the hotel is connected to a city park garage, it cost €22 per night without in and out privileges. i also found the shower curtain in my bathroom had an unpleasant smell, made me question its cleanliness. i had to ask specifically for it to be changed.
